After 85 years of consulting with our customers, we know what a difference a Doyle Cleaning System can make for you. In fact, we offer TWO guarantees. And, we warrant the equipment against defects for a year. As proof of our commitment, we warrant that our cleaning systems will remove dust, dirt, excess spray powder and other contaminants from the stock. If the system does not remove the contaminants for which it is designed, it can be returned within 30 days of installation at no cost to the customer. We also warrant that Statikil products and LandSco lights will do the job for which they are designed – if they do not work for your application, you can return them at no charge.

Each Doyle System is individually engineered for your application - either sheet-fed or web - to clean all types of material, coated and uncoated paper, newsprint, boxboard, film, foil, plastic, textiles or metal. The brush is selected depending on the material being run.

Quiet efficiency for the life of your equipment

Manufactured from the finest stainless steel, the manifold of your Doyle system will last for the lifetime of your equipment, withstanding corrosive chemicals and humid environments. The serrated faceplate distributes three passes of uniform vacuum over the entire stock to be cleaned. Brushes are fully and easily adjustable and refillable.

Doyle offers the quietest and most powerful exhauster available, with a sound level ranging from just 70 to 85 dbA, depending on the horsepower of the system. It can be ordered with a totally enclosed, fan-cooled motor or an explosion-proof motor. Energy-efficient motors are standard.

Very little maintenance required

All you have to do to maintain your Doyle system is empty the cyclone dust collector (that takes just five minutes) and adjust the brushes. When the brushes wear down, we’ll provide refills at approximately half the cost of new brushes. You need only one spare set of brushes to replace the worn set.

The latest innovation in cleaning technology, Doyle MultimodalTM Cleaning offers a high-tech approach to removing even patially bonded debris from the surface of your substrate. With static elmination bars, high velocity air scrubbing, mechanical brushing and a powerful vacuum to prevent recontamination, dust doesn't stand a chance against Doyle MultimodalTM Cleaning.

Doyle Contact Roll Cleaners
Our specialy formulated BlueMaxTM contact roll cleaners remove particulate contamination down to 0.5 micron and are safe for scratch-sensitive foils and films. Particles are lifted by the blue roller and transferred to a special adhesive layer to be held until the adhesive roll is purged. In addition, you can add features such as static neturalization, pneumatic lifts, and motor drives to specifically fit your application.

Doyle Hybrid Cleaning
Get the best of both worlds with Doyle Hybrid Cleaning. This unique solution combines the power of MultimodalTM Cleaning with the light touch of a contact roll cleaner. Dust and debris as fine as 0.5 micron will be elminated with greater efficiency and lower consumable costs. You'll get unmatched flexibility with the ability to disengage either part of the cleaning system on the fly.

Alphasonic Engraved Roll Cleaners

Maintain print quality and coating weight consistency through thorough cleaning of engraved cells. These systems permit safe, frequent and easy cleaning of two or more engraved ink or coating rollers. Features include dual frequencies, programmed temperature and timer controls and frequency sweep for superior cleaning. Parts washers are also available.
