If your operation produces and converts paper products, there is a
substantial investment within your facility in paper machines, high speed
slitters and sheeters. To maximize productivity and profitability, you need
to ship your customers material that is free of contamination and surface defects. Yet internal mill processes can create and attract contaminants,
as well as potentially create deficiencies in surface integrity and defects
in your final product which cause problems for your customers in their processes.

Whether your company works with coated or uncoated papers, kraft papers,
newsprint, fine papers or paperboard, Doyle Multimodal Web Cleaning Systems virtually eliminate waste and quality deficiencies due to dust and contaminants impeding the process. If your customers are seeing defects in the products your company is providing to them, your quality control personnel are the first to know. These customer based quality control deficiencies can be detrimental to your bottom line. In addition, chances are your operations are experiencing loss of materials and downtime in efforts to minimize these defects. Dust, excess fiber and contaminants are components of these defects that result in higher costs, reduced productivity and unnecessary customer complaints. By installing Doyle Multimodal Web Cleaning Systems, defects and complaints go down. Reworks are scrapped. Customers are happier.

Doyle Multimodal™ Sheet Cleaning SystemsQuality control assessments become more effective by implementing LandSco
Surface Inspection Lights
and Inspection Tables to detect contamination and defects
in materials. LandSco Inspection Lights provide a means to illuminate, highlight and
appear to magnify surface characteristics of substrates. By directing a flat, low angled and concentrated beam of light across a substrate that creates a contrasting view of the surface properties of the material being inspected. Defects can be quickly
identified and corrected to eliminate costs associated with stock waste, product
rejection and production rework. Mill operations benefit from detection of defects
and contamination through the improved visual inspection provided by these
lights. Doyle Systems can provide LandSco Lights for existing inspection tables
in a custom designed approach to aid in viewing your paper in multiple directions.
Lights can be configured to view in machine direction, cross machine direction, with backlighting (highlighting pin holes
and formation issues) and with overhead fluorescent and/or blacklights. Cost and waste will be minimized by detecting
these factors at the earliest stage possible in the production process.

From web cleaning to surface inspection, Doyle Systems delivers guaranteed quality control solutions that free your material
of dust, debris, paper shreds, spray powder, fibers and other loose contaminants and helps you to ensure the surface of your
substrates are free of defects.
